Ya'll this pizza was absolutely delicious. You can make it totally custom so if there are certain seasonings you don't want to use, you do not have to. Toppings are of course optional but I listed some of my favorites incase you want to make it just like mine!

Ingredients
The Stuffed Crust
- 1 tablespoon active yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup warm whole milk
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
The Toppings
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup colby jack cheese shredded
- 2 slices ham chunks ripped apart to scatter on pizza surface
Directions
Preheat oven to 450℉
In a small bowl, combine warm milk, tablespoon of sugar, and active yeast. Give it a good stir and set aside for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Add in small bowl contents to large bowl dry ingredients and mix together. You should start to get a dough like consistency. Feel free to work with your hands!
Cover your dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes!
On a flat surface, spread out olive oil to make surface slippery for the dough to sit on and knead. Knead dough into flat circle shape and then add shredded mozzarella (or your preferred type of cheese) around the edges of the circle.
Fold in the dough over the ring of shredded cheese to make your stuffed crust.
Grease your cast iron to prep for crust.
Place stuff crusted dough into your greased cast iron. Throw in oven for 5 minutes to warm up the dough.
After 5 minutes, remove from oven and add your toppings. I recommend making some small holes in the center area of your crust so that your tomato sauce and cheese toppings can really absorb into the crust as well.
Starting with the tomato sauce, add your topping layers and be as generous with each ingredient as you want. This is YOUR pizza so you can do whatever makes you happy!
When finished, place back in oven for 8 minutes and let cook & melt. Remove when done and set on cooling rack before indulging!
