Directions
Smoked Salmon Patty Balls
Combine all ingredients in your medium/large mixing bowl. Using your spoon, mix everything together. Divide into 8 evenly sized bite-sized balls, and roll them round in your hand to get a nice symmetrical, spherical shape.
Oil your cast iron skillet with your preferred butter or oil on hand. If you want the balls to be more on the fried side, add a bit more oil or butter to your pan. Turn stove on medium heat and let the oil/butter heat and melt a bit.
Then place your salmon patty balls in your cast iron skillet with some room in between each of them so they don't all stick together.
Roll the balls around in the oil/butter grease so that the surfaces of the balls get nice and browned. Turn them occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 3-5 minutes per side). While the balls cook, work on your dip!
Creamy Dip
Wash your spoon thoroughly and grab your small mixing bowl. Combine all your creamy dip ingredients and mix with your spoon until you get a nice white creamy sauce.
When your smoked salmon balls are done cooking, put them on a plate and drizzle the creamy dip over the bite sized balls or serve on the side for dipping!
If you're feeling fancy, you can garnish everything with a little extra parsley.
