If you love cheese, this is gonna be your heaven!

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cellentani Pasta around 16 oz
- 1 stick butter salted
- 16 oz heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese 1 block
- 2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese I used chunks from a block of cheddar, but shredded will do just fine
- 1 cup Gouda cheese I used chunks from a block of cheddar, but shredded will do just fine
Directions
In a large pot, bring 4-6 quartz of water to a boil. Add in pasta and stir gently. For "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered for about 10-12 minutes. For tender pasta, add an extra minute. Once done, drain your noodles in a strainer and set aside.
While your pasta cooks, grab your second large pot and add your butter, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic salt, and garlic powder. Put on stove at low-medium heat until everything is melted and you get a homogenous creamy blend.
Remove from stove and place on heat safe surface. Add in the parmesan, Colby jack, sharp cheddar, and gouda cheese. Mix together until melted into a cheesy sauce.
Next, grab your pasta noodles and pour into the cheesy pot. Mix well and fold the sauce and pasta into one another so the pasta is entirely covered in cheesy goodness and you have Mac & Cheese.
Butter your cast iron skillet. Transfer your Mac & Cheese into your cast iron. Then sprinkle additional cheese (I like to add extra Cheddar and Gouda) to the top layer. Be generous with it ya'll! More cheese means more sexy!
Broil your skillet in the oven on low until your dish is golden brown. Usually takes around 3-5 minutes. Enjoy this cheesy delicious meal!
