The weirdest and most delicious combinations of foods you can imagine! The serving size for the ingredients really vary upon how many of these little appetizers you want to make. I cut them in quarters for this recipe but you're welcome to adjust. Measurements for this really are eye-balled.

Ingredients
-
Jalapeños, we're going to be cutting them in quarters so depending upon how many you want to make, remember you can get 4 out of 1 full Jalapeños
-
Cream Cheese
-
1-2 Dates per Jalapeños
-
1-2 Bacon slices per Jalapeños
-
Everglades or all purpose seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut your Jalapeños into desired size. I cut them in quarters.
Stuff the Jalapeños with cream cheese. Then place dates on top of cream cheese.
Wrap the entire thing in your bacon slices.
Put in oven. I like to use my buttered cast iron so that the bacon gets a nice crisp to it. Usually takes 15-20 minutes.
When done, remove and cool. Top it off with some Everglade or all purpose seasoning
