This is such a great hashbrown casserole recipe for those holiday mornings!

Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese (8 oz) room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- ½ cup bone broth
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon "Slap Your Momma" seasoning or any "all purpose" seasoning
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 potatoes thinly sliced or grated, depending on how you like your hashbrowns
- Colby Jack
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F and butter or grease your cast iron pan. Put cast iron in oven to preheat as well.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients except your potatoes.
Mix with a wooden spoon, whisk, or spatula.
Sprinkle in your favorite shredded cheese. Mix again.
Slice potatoes as you like or grate them. Then add into mix and stir all together.
Remove pre-heated cast iron from oven and pour the mixture into the cast iron.
Add an additionally layer of cheese to your liking to top off the dish
Bake for 45 minutes. When done, remove and let cool, but I suggest serving warm!
